Always delivered promptly.I have been using Hair Supermarket for many years and only had one issue when just an empty packet was delivered. Post Office accepted responsibility, gave me a ref no to give to Hair Supermarket so they could make a claim. When I provided them with this ref no, I received a refund from them the same day. Cannot complain about that for service.

Good customer service
Initially I was disappointed and frustrated, as it was my first order from them & I was sent a very out of date product.
HOWEVER, they responded really quickly to this issue, took the matter seriously, apologised, & sent out a replacement that day. So my overall experience is def positive & I would shop with them again.
1 star taken off due to selling out of date stock, but they assured me they have now checked their stock on the product to remove those bottles.

The order came through swiftly, however only one part of my order arrived, I contacted hair supermarket and they responded immediately and sent my missing item. I was impressed with the customer service.
