After they sent me a product that…
After they sent me a product that didn't match my order, I didn't hear a single word that they were sorry for this mistake and that I would have to spend my time to send this product back to them. Only a clear instruction that I you need to do to get your money back. By the way, the product I received was without branded packaging. Maybe someone has already used it.
