Response time can be a little slow at times, but overall the experience was very good. When they got our order wrong, they did not fuss about it and sent the correct one as requested.

Great experience with my custom chipboard boxes and they were created to my exact specs with just a picture and my dimensions much to my surprise 😁

I had many revisions and many delays on my end but they were very patient with me and handled every request professionally. The end product arrived sooner than expected and they quality was above my expectations.

This whole experience has been brand new to me. I am a self taught artist and Photoshop designer and know pretty much NOTHING when it comes to the ins and outs of the printing world. I do custom Lego builds for fun, but I did a build of their famous steam locomotive just for fun for a local train museum and when the president seen my build he asked if I could put together sets for their gift shop. Then through word of mouth a local amusement park seen my train and they asked if they could have one of their trains built into Lego, and the over achiever that I am, I built their entire fleet of steam engines and a passenger car. So I had 6 Lego kits that I needed packaging for. I found Half Price Packaging during a web search.
Daniel White has been my account manager. He has been VERY professional and has walked me through EVERYTHING. He was extremely patient and I was very happy with everything!
So far I have received 4 of my 6 boxes and I am EXTREMELY happy with how great they look!!!!

This was our first time working with Half Price Packaging so we did not know what to expect. That said, our experience could not have been more positive. Customer service was responsive, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Price was very good, better than what we could get locally. We placed a large order for chocolate bar boxes, and for display/shipping boxes. Steve was extremely helpful, walking us through the process, including design changes, and kept us advised of shipping time. Products received were in perfect condition and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely continue using Half Price for future packaging needs.
