Go Hallmark!! Beste service!

Every time I buy something on Hallmark, they said they are going to send the card on specific date but they never never deliver them on time, other times they just don't send the cards and then you have to call them, write them, awful service!

Excellent experience. The gift I've chosen is arrived to destination as agreed and the product was exactly what I wanted (a very nice chocolate gift card). Thank you.

Card for motherdays still hasn't arrived, and customer service doesn't respond. Apparently Hallmark still hasn't been able to adjust to current standards.

I ordered more than 100 euro value order. for 6-7 different set of cards. I cancelled one set right after I placed the order but instead of money back they sent a code equivalent to the value of the cancelled order to be used in Hallmark order with expire date in 3-4 weeks!
Also the cards that arrived were mostly not folded correctly or margins were not levelled well because I made a custom photo cards.
They sent us later better cards after I complained but it was in general a hassle to order there and I also lost my money because I did not use the code in time!
