Looks like a scam.
It's not Halloween costumes!!

PSA!! Most of the reviews on here that are positive are 100% fake! Most likely employees or bots! They do not hold up to their "satisfaction guarantee" and you will ultimately take the L. This company is a complete fraud. I understand you can't control the carriers who deliver the packages but when you tell the customer you will refund them since you never received the package knowing the customer purchased INSURANCE for said package, UPHOLD IT YOUR END OF THE DEAL!! I paid $43.00 for a toddler costume on 10/17/2025 and on 10/27/2025 I received a notification that the order had been delivered. I live in a large apartment complex so I went to our mailroom. All parcel boxes were had otber peoples packages, mail box empty, packages everywhere. The carrier was supposed to deliver to our doors and chose not to. The parcel boxes are meant only for the USPS be ause they have the keys to the parcel boxes as well as the mailboxes. When I contacted them 10/28/2025 they told me they woul replace it expedited shipping. When I found out it was coming from China I told them no just a refund which they GLADY agreed to (I have screenshots). Days pass and nothing. I emailed them without a response. Continued to email until I finally received one. They sent me pictures of the delivery and how it was I'm fact delivered however in the pictures in shows the carrier left the parcel box unlocked with they key still inside the keyhole for anyone to open and grab! Which is unfortunately what happened to my package and many others that night. So thanks Hallowitch for sending me proof for my dispute since you refuse to refund me and keep giving me the runaround between your company and Seal. Both of these companies are total and complete scams! Now you'll end up with a mark against your company since you didn't want to make things right. It's funny that even you look at the reviews and see that everyone who ordered and received/didn't receive their orders are all in October while all the good reviews are in November. Why would someone wait to leave a review in November AFTER Halloween?! Shame on you.

My costume was missing and I reached out to let them know they offer a refund because it was too late to replace it . But luckily it was replaced and arrived just in time for for my daughters Halloween 🎃 parade . I definitely recommend this company. It’s a legit and they stand by their policy 100%

For anyone wondering - this site is 100% legit. Knowing that Rumi would be a very popular costume this Halloween, I started shopping 2-3 months in advance. I tried to order this costume FOUR times from other sites - only to have each order canceled due to shipping issues.

Halloween was approaching quickly and I was starting to worry. Thankfully, I found this site on Google. The Rumi costume arrived incredibly fast and the quality was outstanding - beautifully detailed - the costume exceeded my expectations. My daughter was absolutely thrilled! Out of all the Rumi costumes we saw this Halloween, my daughter's was hands-down the best. She received so many compliments! I'm so glad I found Hallowitch. Thank you for the amazing Rumi costume!!

The company who I originally ordered my granddaughter’s Halloween costume backed out and I was forced to find another company at the last minute. Luckily we found Hallowitch Costumes and I am so grateful we did!!! Although I ordered a much sought after costume VERY LATE (October 19th), they still managed to get it delivered a week early! Unfortunately, there was a piece missing (which wasn’t crucial, but still). I let them know and they immediately mailed it out, no questions asked. I can’t express my gratitude to Hallowitch Costumes enough for their FABULOUS customer support!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! My son ordered his costume back on 10/10/25. He paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive fast (4-6 bus days). It NEVER arrived in that time frame and didn't arrive until 10/26. It was damn near 10 days late. We reached out to the company dozens of times. No response. What upsets me too is I actually looked at reviews for this company and they were all positive. Lesson learned. Also, never use a company that does not have a phone number.

I ordered the Rumi Kpop Demon Hunters costume for my daughter, and this was my very first time purchasing from Hallowitch Costumes. The process was super easy, and any time I reached out with questions, their customer service was quick to respond with real, helpful answers.

The costume itself is fantastic quality with so many detailed pieces, and it looked absolutely amazing once put together. One of the jewelry accessories arrived damaged, but I contacted them and they immediately sent a replacement—basically overnight, which really impressed me.

My daughter received countless compliments on her outfit, and honestly, out of a sea of Rumi costumes, hers was one of the very best thanks to the quality and detail. My only regret was not ordering the rest of our family’s costumes from them—lesson learned for next time!

I was initially hesitant since I’d never used this site before, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. I will 100% be returning for future costumes—whether it’s Halloween or any other holiday.

I ordered my daughter a 40 dollar costume that had detailed photos. What we received was a 2D print out on cheap material. The pictured costume had closeups on detailing, sequins, and clasps. The advertised product was 3 pieces, a jacket and tank top with a skirt. However, what we received was a printed pattern to resemble sequins and an optical illusion of a jacket. The item received was 2 pieces made of very cheap, see through material with elastic, no clasps, no sequins, and no detailing. The company’s response here that they stated this in the site is false.

I have been waiting three days for my return to “be approved”. The fine print says that I will probably only receive a fraction of my money back after I pay to ship it myself. The item is not even available to look at on their site now. I have yet to get an “approval” for my return, over a week later. A email requesting this information was responded to without an acceptance of return. This was a HUGE disappointment to our family. What a horrible thing to do to a kid on Halloween.

Shipping was very fast! We thought an item from the costume wasn’t with the order and reached out to customer service with a pretty quick response by email offering to help receive the item or a partial refund. Fortunately, my son realized that it just fell from the package without him noticing and I let them know service was no longer needed. I appreciated how helpful they were. Great 1st experience! Will be using them again. The costume looked great and just like the pictures. My son was very happy.

Sizing posted doesn't match how the costume fits. Customer service never responded- I texted, sent two email, and reached out through the online form. Terrible experience and now have wasted my money on a costume that doesn't fit.

10 day handling time , had to email 2x to get a response from customer service. No phone number to call, just a text. I did eventually get a response and they sent my order. No idea if it will arrive before Halloween .

Toddler spiderman costume is very well made. It took 2 weeks to receive but it was worth the wait

I ordered a Miles Morales costume for my nephew and he absolutely loved it! I was very impressed by the quality of the jacket, sturdy and very well made. The costume itself is also manufactured quite well. I ordered an XXL kids size and it was a bit too small for him. I contacted customer service via email and the response was immediate and flawless. A new, larger size was sent to me! Julie, from customer support replied, sent me the new tracking number and now we have a very happy Miles Morales. He absolutely loved the costume and I loved my experience at Hallowitchcostumes. Will definitely recommend and purchase again. Thank you!

I recommend shopping with Hallowitch Costumes. I order a costume for my nephew but it was the wrong size. They fixed the issue, hassle-free! The costumer was pretty good quality for the price.. And it was shipped out quickly. 5 star customer service!

I ordered a Wolverine costume, along with the Wolverine claws and mask, for my son. The costume was very small not the size listed on the website but was good quality. I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and immediately sent out the right size. I will be ordering our costumes from Hallowitch from now on!

My package was unfortunately stolen, but a replacement was sent to me free of charge! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Plus, I absolutely love the costumes!
