I ordered a Hamm’s shirt for my husband in two different sizes because we weren’t sure how their sizing was. First of all it took forever to get the order. I had to email twice asking when I would get it. Then the same day I received the shirts I emailed them to ask for their return address to send back the one shirt that wasn’t the correct size. They responded with it is too expensive for them to return the shirt and would I accept a $10 coupon instead. I replied no I wanted to return the shirt for full credit and asked again for their address. They haven’t responded nor have I received any type of coupon which would be worthless anyway because I would never order from this company again! Buyer beware this is a horrible company to do business with! They rip the consumer off!

I ordered 9-10-23. It was taking a bit by my standard so I emailed. They responded quickly and I got a tracking number. I have watched the package. Finally it got through customs and into their sorting facility. It has been there for 7 days. I have emailed their support twice with no response.

I recently purchased 3 A3 prints, making use of the buy 2 get 1 free offer made the prints really affordable. Despite being in the middle of a sale the print was dispatched in a matter of days and delivered the following day. Really chuffed with the prints, they look better than they do online, vibrant and high quality. Packaging was also excellent. Fully recommend!
