The only area for improvement would be receiving shipping charges more promptly — it would be helpful not to have to request them multiple times. If this process could be streamlined and happen automatically, we would gladly rate the Hamilton Team a solid 5 stars every time.

Very helpful! I had been looking for a water pump and had a part number but the pump was not matching up. I sent a photo and they knew exactly what I needed.

EVERY THING IS GOOD TO GO

Jimmy Stevens at the Greenville Sc location was awesome. I needed an odd fuel Injector for a Kohler diesel engine and he took the time to find it and verify what I needed with Kohler. He went well above and beyond to help a first time customer who will always come back to him from now on.

Sales lady knew how to find and sell me the correct parts. Very helpful and quick to tell me some were no longer available.

However, we’ve faced ongoing challenges with price increases, lack of inventory storage, despite your role as a distributor, and the recent removal of our net terms. These issues have made planning and budgeting increasingly difficult.

What is this company doing well, or how can they improve?
Your team communicates well and is generally quick to respond to inquiries, which we appreciate. However, as a distributor, we expect more consistency in pricing and a commitment to holding inventory to support demand. Reinstating reasonable payment terms and stabilizing pricing would greatly improve the partnership and help us continue doing business efficiently together. We encourage you to reassess your terms structure to better align with the needs of your loyal B2B customer.
