Never have had any issues with Hamilton Power Solutions, always quick to respond with the information I need quickly.

Hamilton as a whole needs to do better from ordering a power unit to delivery of of product. We have struggled with panels for over a year or longer and there has been no solution as of yet. There needs to be someone within that can oversee these people and make decisions to solve this frustrating problem within. As a manufacture we need confidence that Hamilton can produce a product that we can have on the shelf and provide our customers with the same product, referring to the panels that are provided.

Doing business with Hamilton is like clockwork. I ask for a quote get my pricing create a purchase order, they fill it, and then, they ship the products in a very timely manner and in a way most companies have no idea what we are asking for. They are the easy button.

Overall I am happy with this transaction because what we ordered came in faster than expected. I was expecting more communications because the one part ordered was backordered from the factory in Japan. To my surprise the item was shipped and I was notified that it shipped. But I didn't have any gauge on how long the backorder process would take. Maybe they don't know either. In the end, the part came, the price was reasonable and we can finish our overhaul. We will continue to ask Hamilton Power Solutions for help in the future.
