MaxLocksmith Hammersmith

We contacted Max Locksmith believing we were hiring a local Hammersmith locksmith. When the engineer arrived, he said he was from a different company, 24hrs Services, which was never mentioned when booking.

The price changed several times during the job and the final bill came to around £1,500 for a replacement multipoint locking mechanism and lock.

We felt the pricing and company identity were not transparent from the start. If you're considering using this service, make sure you get a full written quote before any work begins and confirm exactly which company will be carrying out the work.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not use them again.
