Contact with supplier was smooth, great deal with the bed and mattress! And when it arrived it was easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy unlike most slat beds these days! The mattress is very comfortable, all around happy and would definitely order again

Really good price in comparison with other sites. Online chat advised how long delivery would be before ordering. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and bed was delivered on Thursday morning. I was advised on the 4 hour delivery slot on Wednesday night and received phone call on the morning for 1/2 hour slot. Bed arrived, well packaged and was exactly as described.

I purchased a lovely super king ottoman with an amazing mattress for only £500 the mattress alone was worth the £500 can not fault Hamptons at all. I recommend anyone that’s looking to buy a bed with mattress these are your guys!

Was difficult to contact took numerous phone calls to get through although polite on the phone and WhatsApp or instagram.
Bed should have been delivered Wednesday the courier van broke down (ok no one’s fault) said deliver Thursday van broke down again on Thursday they were 13 miles away I offered to go and collect they said no. So they said Saturday at this point I started looking elsewhere for a bed as this was for my daughter who was away on a school trip and we’d sold her old bed.
Bed came Saturday as stated packaging was wet the courier drivers didn’t have tools to put together so asked us for some! They didn’t ask which way the bed was supposed to go and shouted us in to check when done by which time one of the couriers was already videoing the bed I suppose for their evidence they’d done the job they didn’t give me time to check over the bed I was still checking it over as they said all ok ? Next thing we knew we heard the front door go and they’d gone!! They didn’t check if we were satisfied and if everything was ok, no thanks for your custom not even a goodbye!
I walk out to the landing to find all the wet packaging on the carpet and open the front door to find more packaging left on the drive!

I then discover a scratch on the bed and the fabric a little buckled on the head board! To be honest I can’t be bothered with the hassle of complaining as I know it would be a nightmare so all in all the courier company were apauling and let Hamptons down massively. Other than the two faults on the bed it does look like the picture and seems sturdy.

Good customer service, quick in response and prompt at organising delivery. Well communicated throughout purchase. Bed is as expected, as good if not better than some of the big brands and at a fraction of the price.

Excellent customer service, they answered all my questions very quickly and the whole process of ordering the bed was made easy! It was delivered and put together without any hassle at all. I have now had the bed a week and can confirm it was definitely worth the purchase, the mattress is so comfortable! Would highly recommend.

Really good service from start to finish, upon ordering I choose a double bed standard headboard, 5 days before delivery I chaged my mind and wanted the higher 60” headboard, I messaged Hamptons and the arranged this for me nothing was too much trouble, kept me updated every step of the way for delivery. Bed came and was really high quality and easy to put up, I will definitely be ordering again from this company and will definitely recommend to friends and family, great service great products 5 🌟

The service from Hamptons beds was brilliant. I asked for a specific delivery date &this was arranged for me. The people that made up the bed and delivered the bed were absolutely so polite so professional. They texted me what time that they would be there and they were on time they were polite. Wow this company is amazing ordered my bed and got it the wk after communication was 100% my bed arrived early than normal recived a call to say they were 10 mins away which was nice my bed is up and I just love it the quality and service is super will deffo recommend to friends and family

Using the website was pretty straightforward and delivery was on point. I'm very happy with my bed. Great quality and the mattress was a very good thickness.
The only downside was the delivery of the bed . They did not want to deliver at my front door, even though there was a lift. But after informing them of my disability. They were kind enough to delivery to my front door.
