Of all the carpet stores in and around Southampton Hamptons Carpet One is by far the best as to selection, courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. Evgeniya kept us apprised of the date for installation, which was done on time and with care. Highly recommended.

I have been doing business with Carpet One of the Hamptons for over 10 years. The Salespersons and owners are awesome. They take the time to explain the different materials in flooring and window shades. They back their products and are very professional with the installation companies that they deal with. They always go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I would recommend Carpet One for any of your flooring needs. I spoke to John in the Showroom on a Saturday and he had somebody at my home on Monday to measure my space to give me a quote. I had my quote in 2 days!!!!!! Incredible. It doesn’t end here, he told us it would take 2 weeks to get our floor and then we would need to schedule an installation date. The flooring came in in less then 2 weeks and they came immediately to install it. The installers were also extremely friendly and very professional.
Before we knew of Carpet One, we had met with 2 competing companies. John had the best prices and could get us the product much quicker.
So, if you need any type of flooring, please call Carpet One and ask for John. IHe made it easy and stress free

Russ and Mike were pros! They arrived on time and proceeded to courteously and expertly install a very tricky striped flat weave series of cotton runners onto a two tired set of stairs. Even though the mitered corners were very very challenging, Russ did an exceptional job. I will definitely use them again.

Great service and reasonable prices for the better quality product

On or trip to India ,we had a hand woven silk stair runner custom made . It took almost 10 months in the weaving until it finally arrived. We needed an expert to install it. This was done through the expert workmanship of Russ,who is the head carpet installer for Hampton Carpet One. Working with Hampton Carpet One and Russ was a pleasure. We now have a fine piece of art in our home ,installed by an Artisan.

Carpet One Southampton redid the wood floors in my entire home, they are absolutely perfect!!! From start to finish the experience was great, professional staff who worked quickly and efficiently, got the job done in no time! Didn't realize but they do tile as well, looking forward to hiring them for another project! Highly recommended!
