They 'couldn't find' 2 out of 3 returned products

They 'couldn't find' 2 out of 3 returned items, with no notification however all 3 was marked as returns on the Retourschein. When I wrote I sent them in an official DHL envelope and the employee helped me put in, and I threatened with reporting them at the authorities for mishandling returns, they gave the refund for the others. And the delivery was over 2,5 weeks. Unfortunately our club only sells their trikots through them. I still give 2 starts instead of 1, as I have received the products...
