I was in need of an electrician
I was in need of an electrician for my fuse box how keep tripping. I find handy experts through checkatrade and they replied very quickly. I talk to them on the phone, the lady was charming and very efficient. Even if I didn't get a visit on the same day. She find somebody (Dany) for the following day. Dany was on time and did a very thorough check of the damage circuit. I was gaven a detail report, an estimation of the work to be cary out and an emergency option. The all process was carm, friendly and professional.

Mark and colleague (Jay ? sorry) were professional, hard working and accommodating the entire day, rebuilding a collapsed rainwater drain that was leaking into the house foundations. They just got on with the job so it was finished in no time at all. Took all the resultant rubble with them and left the place very tidy. Great guys.

Satisfactory work but more care needed
The work was completed to my satisfaction. However, the mains water was not fully turned off so ended up with a large amount of water pouring into my kitchen. Water ended up entering the flat below. Not sure if more care could have been taken to prevent the water spillage. The workman did look at the flat below and gave them their details should any damage need repairing.

Shower Replacement
My tenants said the electric shower was failing. I arranged for HE plumber to visit. On appointment day plumber called me to say that very rarely could an electric sower be fixed so to save me money I should just order a replacement which was only double the cost of 1 hr visit. Paid deposit for replacement but tenants said shower now working so HE are in process of refunding deposit, no questions asked. Always proactive, fast and efficient communication

First time I used this company
First time I used this company. From the initial telephone contact with the office to completion, everything went almost smoothly! There was one problem. I was booked with an operative who had also booked a day off to take a delivery. I was urgently rebooked and everything was straightforward afterwards. The excellent work was undertaken in the time specified and the cost was acceptable. Would use again.
