Professional, reliable, and great value
We’ve been ordering custom printed materials regularly, and the experience has been consistently excellent. From the moment we placed our order, the process was smooth and well-organized. The free file review and digital proofing were extremely helpful and gave us confidence before going into production. The final print quality was sharp, colors were accurate, and everything arrived well-packaged and on time. For businesses looking for dependable printing at reasonable prices, this service delivers exactly what it promises.

We ordered hangtags and stickers back in the beginning of November 2024 for the holiday season. This company tripped over themselves trying to sell us these products and promised they would arrive before December. They arrived in the middle of December and they were awful and unusable, the foil was flaking off, stickers were cut all the way through and our logo was misprinted and cutoff in addition to what looked like two different finishes. Instead of issuing a refund, they insisted on reprinting them. We received the reprinted stickers, that were fine (not great, but acceptable) but we STILL have not received our reprinted hangtags. It has been over six months and we paid a few grand for them. I would specifically like to call out Thomas Parker who, despite the nearly 100 emails still has been unable to resolve our issue. He went out of his way to make us seem like we were being unreasonable for not just taking the first round of trash they sent us. I will never order from this company again, and I will never send anyone I work with to them. I've worked in the print industry for more than a decade and the product and service we received for the price we paid is truly awful. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolute scam. This company cannot be trusted. I paid extra for a rush order and expedited shipping. I'm now 2 weeks past that date and still waiting on my order. They text and email a LOT in order to get you to place your order and then go radio silent when you ask for a status update. They have also refused to refund any portion of my order. They quoted that I would have my tags on a Monday and guaranteed arrival because I paid extra for the expedited order and shipping. We are now 2 weeks past that date.

We bought a bunch of hang tags from this company and would never do so again. They arrived without string despite paying for string attached. When queried they said they would replace them and so sent out all the string by itself for our staff to tie onto the tags themselves. Terrible product, terrible service.

I purchased 30,000 hang tags from this company (my third order). The tags were the wrong shape and size, didn’t match the dimensions of their proofs. I spent months trying to get them to fix this or even acknowledge the problem, but there isn’t a single person over you can talk to over the phone or email who knows what’s going on.

I purchased $400 worth of printed hangtags from them that turned black with mold after one year. The tags were stored in their cellophane packaging in packs of 100 units. All of the tags are ruined, and the company won't take any responsibility for the defective tags. Buyer beware.
