Product photos do not match the rubbish they send you. Purchased a jacket that was covered in purple stains, they wouldn’t replace and expected me to pay for postage back to china

I ordered a handmade Waldorf doll from Hansen Oslo, but received a cheap plastic doll instead (see photo comparison). When I contacted the company, they only offered partial refunds and asked me to pay expensive return shipping to China.
After weeks of back and forth, my bank investigated and confirmed the case as misrepresentation, refunding me in full.

They display fancy and expensive looking products which are on sale and still expensive and deliver the cheapest quality products which are not even similar to the ones in the pictures. Even temu or shein’s product quality is better than this so called Hansen Oslo page. DO NOT BUY anything from this page. Wastage of money it is.
