Poor service - Aggressive responses to complaints

After advising the IFA I wanted to invest in my pension and being advised that it had to be through them. It wasn't actioned in time for TYE.

After making a compliant and receiving an good immediate response from their compliance area. I received a very aggressive response blaming me and reminding them from my pension as an advisor. (An action that wasn't requested with a 50 quid good will gesture)

I have since found out that the compliance team is the director of the company and have referred this to the Financial Ombudsmen!

Avoid at all costs. Out with this issue I found them pretty slow and unorganised. Could have just been my IFA but definitely shouldnt trust with your wealth !!
