I have recently had three different treatments at Hans Place - Botox, Fillers and Ultracel - and I would highly recommend Dr Mike and his team. I was quite anxious before each procedure as I really didn't want to look like i'd had any 'work done' but I was immediately put at ease and felt able to ask lots of questions without feeling that I was wasting their time. I can honestly say that they really listened to my concerns and I came out with the exact result I wanted. After having two children close together and what feels like a lifetime of very little sleep, I look younger, fresher and I feel much more confident. I'll definitely be going back!

This is the second time that I used this practice, I was very satisfied with the results the first time so I went back for another treatment. I am glad to see that the level of service is of the same high standard and am very pleased with the overall experience.

After being to many consultations I knew straight away that Mike Comins was the surgeon I would choose for my Abdominal Lipo. Mike gave me all the information I needed and spent time explaining the procedure and asking questions about the look i wanted. The consultation didn't feel rushed and I walked away 100% happy!
Mike and the lovely nurse put me at ease on the day of surgery and spoke to me throughout the procedure as I choose to be awake.
The aftercare is exceptional! Mike called me the day after surgery checking up on me.
4 months on I am over the moon with my results and have been back 3 times for check ups checking on the progress and results which are great.
I am so glad I chose Mike Comins for my surgery and cannot recommend him and his team enough.

I recently booked to see Dr Mike Comins for vaser treatment and he was very honest about what would be worth spending my money. He provided me with a price which was in line with what I was expected.

I have to say though that the welcome I received when I entered the clinic was less positive. I work in a private clinic myself and know the importance of making an impression as being the first point of contact and providing a warm welcome for potential clients who may be spending a large amount of money. The female receptionist was very abrupt, asked me to complete a health questionnaire with my personal details on and then left it on the desk for all other patients to see (breach of patient confidentiality), then while in the waiting room overherd the receptionist and male colleague having discussing other patients by name (again breach of patient confidentiality) and proceeded to have an argument about taking out a booking and how it would affect Dr Comins' cash flow! Very unprofessional which is a shame as I'm sure Dr Comins is very good but it certainly put me off spending my money here.

After deciding that I wanted Vaser I had appointments with three different surgeons across London, if you are reading this review of Hans Place you have probably looked into the same surgeons, and within 5 minutes of meeting Dr Mike I knew I had met my surgeon. He listened to my individual concerns, provided me with realistic expectations and actually treated me like a human not a procedure.

I had Vaser on my tummy, flanks and 3D thighs. For my first op (tummy and flanks) I had sedation and for the second I didn’t, I would advise sedation if you have a low pain threshold. It has been 8 weeks since my first operation and my tummy just looks incredible, flatter than I could have ever dreamed of, 4 weeks since my thighs and I am already happy beyond my expectations. I was back in the gym two weeks after each procedure. Pre-op I was a size 10-12, now I'm a very comfortable 8. So far I have lost 3 inches of my waist and it seems to still be getting even smaller. The only thing I would warn anyone about is the blood; there is lots of blood especially after the tummy but its fine, just buy extra bandages beforehand and remember it may look like lots but really its at most a few spoons full. The aftercare at Hans place both from Dr Mike and his whole team is incredible and if at any point you feel worried they are more than happy to take the call.

I could not recommend Dr Mike enough. If you are unhappy about any stubborn fat don’t hesitate going for a consultation with Dr Mike. He’s very honest and trustworthy and if this procedure is for you he will tell you, I’m fairly certain you will choose Hans place if so.

Brilliant service from the consultation to the care provided after the procedure. My only constructive comment would be to provide much more extra dressings and tape for large areas such as the abdomen where there is a lot of leaking experienced after the procedure. I was a little unprepared for how much leakage there would be. Other than that it was great, and I'm already pleased with the results and I'm still swollen and only 14 days post op.

I highly recommend Dr Mike Comins. Dr Comins large range of before and after photos for Vaser Lipo on different body shapes on his website really helped me to decide as they showed really great and consistent work. I thought his work showed notably better aesthetic work and results than other services I considered.

Dr Comins listened carefully to what I was looking for, to remove stubborn fat I couldn’t seem to shift through gym or diet and return some shape. I was really pleased with the result and shaping, it was exactly what I discussed with Dr Comins and hoped for. It’s an amazing process to get something fixed so quickly when have tried all the usual ways over a long time. Swelling was a lot less than I expected, I looked slimmer from the start even with the swelling, and the swelling went down quickly, starting within a week. His team staff are also very helpful and informative.

Recommend to read carefully the Hans Place Practice information as it advises on the supplements to take to help with the healing process. I would highly recommend Dr Mike Comins for really great results. I am extremely happy with the results.

Had a number of procedures done over two sessions including flanks, upper and Lower abs, chest and neck. Results after 8 weeks are great and that's still with some swelling so hopeful that it will be even better. Dr Comins and his team have been very helpful throughout so very pleased all round so far.

I've been to a few consultations at various clinics for vaser lipo but when I came to Hans Place, I made my mind up immediately! The clinic is clean and the service is outstanding and the staff extremely welcoming and professional. I have been coming to Dr Mike Comins for a few years now & cannot recommend him more highly. Different clinics I have attended in the past concentrate on heavy selling of multiple treatments whereas Dr Comins treats everyone as an individual & works with the Client to get the result they want. His warm approach puts you at ease immediately & you trust his experience implicitly. I never hesitate to give out the clinic's details to friends as I know they will be more than happy.

Dr. Mike Comins, is a leading expert in this area. He trains other surgeons on the procedure.

Despite this, the price was more than competitive. Dr Mike reassured me in our consultation and answered all of my questions.

I have to say, I am delighted with the result (I am a 44 year old male, and have a beautiful stomach thanks to Mike). The follow up consultations are excellent, no extra charge.

Hans Place is a very convenient location, there is parking and it is close to the Tube.

The whole team are excellent, I could not have asked for more from them, they are friendly and professional and really look after you.

If anyone is considering a procedure, go and see Dr Mike and I am sure you will choose him over anyone else you have seen or considered.

Dr Mike Comins and his staff is friendly, professional and I have recieved great results after only 3 weeks postop of my vaser treatment. I would recommend the clinic to everyone. I really felt safe all the time from consultation to the day surgery was. If I had questions, they would always answer. I travelled from Sweden for this procedure and there were no problems at all.
