I bought a Lifeproof cover for my …

I bought a Lifeproof cover for my Samsung S8.

The cover failed its leak test (as per Lifeproof instructions in the box).

Happii refused to take the product back.

Happii have 545.75kr of my money and I have a worthless, defective cover for my phone. I will never use Happii again and strongly recommend that you don't either.

Part 2: In my email I said the the product was defective (failed it's water proof test) AND of poor quality. You said my request to return was declined.

I then replied that your service was unfair.

You then offered to take back the product and inspect it but if YOU decided that the product wasn't in fact defective you'd charge me 500kr per hour for testing it. Given that you have my credit card details and the service I have received from you has not been great I am not going to risk you taking more money from me.

I will approach LIFEPROOF directly regarding the leaking case. I think they're are a better and more ethical company to deal with.

My opinion remains - do NOT deal with happii.dk

Thanks for your review.

You contacted us by mail requested to returning the case. This is not a possibility seing that the item is brought as a business customer. You later informed our support that it was a defective item. After we got this information we offered to take the product back as a RMA case. We are still awaiting for you to either reply back to our email or creating the warranty case on our website.

Not recommended

Experience was ok at the beginning, but got worse over time. Impossible to get a refund on failing product. I tried everything. Customer service doesn't seem to care, replying with generic answers and put blame on others.

Thanks for your review. When a customer have a failling product we will either repair it , replace it or refund the custumer. The customer can request a refund but we can't guarentee that the product will not be repaired or replaced. In this case the product have been sent to a Apple servicecenter with the request that the customer prefered to get the money back. They have unfortunately been unable to fullfill this request and have instead replaced it with a new one.

This company might be one of the worst …

This company might be one of the worst out there. They have nothing in stock. Or they will advertise they have it in stock. Then after you order it they will just write on your order that they dont have it in stock and you must wait 6-7 days. Then when you ask them to replace the product with another that they do have in stock. You are then forced to pay for the entire order again instead of just refunding the deficit or paying what is owed. For me this meant coughing up an additional 8.000DKK so in total I would have to pay 16,000DKK in order to get my 8000DKK refund and 8000DKK PC equipment. Yes, they actually refused to refund the order to make sure I was unable to actually pay the 8000DKK. Costumer service was also ridiculously bad, pretending as if this was a normal way to conduct business. After I canceled my ordered they raised the prices of 7 out of the 14 products I bought.

Stay clear.

Thanks for your review. You ordered 10 products where a couple of them is not in stock and needs to arrive from the supplier. This was listed on our website as "remote warehouse" and with a couple of delivery days. Unfortunately one of the items was delayed from the supplier. Besides the one item that was delayed the rest of them were ready on the expected date.

We will not draw any amount before the order is shipped. If you have a debit card (for example mastercard) then there might be a reservation. The reservation will automaticle disappear within a couple of days. Our system is unfortunately unable to deal with more then one payment at the time and will require the full amount to be made in one payment. The vast majority of our customers doesn't have a debit card and is therefore not affected by paying the full amount again.

As a additional service I took a look on the items you ordered. Please be aware that the motherboard chipset is not supported on 7th generations CPU when you receive it. I will recommend buying a H270/B250 chipset motherboard if you want it to work out of the box with a Kaby Lake CPU.
