Delivery time was acceptable, however the quality is really poor.
The sizes also run small so my husband’s pair are too small.
I believe they are Temu level of quality and 10 times more expensive.

Do not order from this company!!! I wish I had read reviews before I did! I ordered the buy one get one free deal, on 10th December 2024, slippers took 16 days to arrive. When I contacted the company after nothing happened 4 days after purchase, the order moved to dispatched but I had no reply from the company. As these didn't arrive in time for Christmas, I had to order from another site. I now want to return the slippers, I have emailed twice with no response! Absolute joke of a company, no contact information provided other than an email address that no one replies on!!!
I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free slippers as gifts for Christmas. They used Evri delivery and I received a notification that the goods would be out for delivery on 11.11.24 between 12.30-14.30. The goods were being delivered to my place of work (as I work full time). No goods were received. The notification finally updated about 3 days later to say that the goods had been delivered on 11.11.24 at 20.00. This is impossible as the building is closed and a fence is locked so no access is possible. I have emailed Happy Feet FOUR times and had no response, despite their website stating they usually respond within 24 hours. Evri were hopeless too. They said they would investigate. No response to date.
Slippers aren't as described, was an issue with the sizing and came up far too small so are not fit for purpose. Quality is also terrible and not worth the price sold for. Seller won't cover the expensive return costs and is now not responding to emails. Refund yet to be received.
Slippers still didn't arrive after a month and a half. I kept being told via email to wait longer. They point blank refused to refund me. Avoid
