Shocking service avoid

Shocking service. Went here and on asking informed of allergy. After ordering and an hour of waiting, was told they were unwilling to serve us. SHOCKING SERVICE. Avoid this place. Would rate 0 star but can’t

I was forced to pay twice for the same order, despite my bank showing the first payment had gone through. The manager (Lyubomir) insisted the transaction was declined and refused to accept my bank proof. The tables were extremely close together and the space had a strong smell of cooking oil. A waiter dropped a tray, a glass broke, and pieces fell onto my leg. Fortunately, I wasn’t injured, but overall the experience was very poor and unacceptable.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. The food was absolute trash and 3 of us are now suffering from diarrhea. We paid £80 for a meal, but what we actually got was a trip to the ER. Disgusting quality and clearly zero hygiene standards. If you value your stomach, do not eat here

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT because the manager, Lyubo, approached my baby inappropriately and frightened him, causing him severe trauma. Because scaring a baby is something a psychopath does.

One of my favourite places to eat!

Happy is one of my favourite places to eat. The menu is extensive, the prices are very reasonable, the food is delicious, the atmosphere has great vibes, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
If you’re ever in London, I would highly recommend trying Happy for your meal. I am planning to have my birthday meal here too.

Slight late review

Slight late review, Mothers day in London for shopping and food, tried Happy restaurant as I did plan eating at TGI Fridays but that's gone now in place Happy restaurant! very disappointed! Ordered Crispy chicken strips for my Grandson and I had the Parmiggiano prawn, granddaughter had the kids cheese burger and fries and my Daughter had the Crispy heaven. Grandson didn't like the chicken strips as he said they was chewy and luke warm! I did try them myself and they were chewy, Cheese burger was also luke warm and fries very dry even with ketchup on them! my Daughter wasn't keen on the crispy haven chicken dry and very bland in taste! now the best bit, my Parmiggiano pranws, some of the prawns still had the shell on which wasn't very pleasant at all, couldn't see the shells as they are deep fried until the crunch after biting into one, nasty! other than the drinks which was bottled and the sweet potato fries which were ok, but again slightly bland! This restaurant should be closed permanently not even close to TGI Fridays... anyway told my family and friends and work colleagues not to both going there and I will never return to that place!! Staff are not much to talk about either!!

Experience like the food - luke warm!

Both me and my partner had to send our food back as it was cold when it arrived. The food that we did eat was very poor and resembled nothing remotely like what was pictured on the menu.

Make sure you check the bill to ensure that your returned meal has been taken off the bill, I removed the discretionary service charge too as the service was like the food, average and luke warm. Very expensive for what is a very average experience.

Relying on its location and passing foot fall clearly. Take my (and others) advice and avoid this ‘award winning’ place.

Best Restaurant in London 2023? Really?

Best Restaurant in London 2023 according to British Restaurant Awards? For me, this has to be one of the worst, whether it is in London or Bulgaria. Clearly a tourist trap. Bad service. Horrible food. Pictures of the plates on the menu look good, though. But what you get does not compare to what the brilliant food photographer made of it. I think this will not last long.

This has to be one of the worst restaurant and most expensive in central London, menu looked really good but the food looks nothing like it. Food Comes out warm/cold and you have 1 hour 30 mins to eat and leave, service is nonexistent. And they rush you out. avoid this place. Open kitchen with staff with no hats or gloves or beard cover.

Awful, worse than AWFUL

Awful, just please don't bother...! Save your money..!!! After passing by the greeters with a warm, shallow smile you're served by rude, self righteous, staff hurrying you along. the order took an age, the cocktails tasted pre-mixed and when the food (if you can call it that) arrived it was dripping in grease, cooked right through and near tasteless apart from an odd tang to teh over seasoned and salty meat. A dreadful tourist trap on Coventry Street Piccadilly. There really is NO REASON to go here, save your money and your taste buds and go somewhere else nearby. China Town and Soho at a faction of the cost is just around the corner.
