Ordered 20 Nov arrived to Ireland 14th Dec happy with material, product etc.
Emailed them a week or so ago to enquire about delay and they provided tracking details.

The tshirts are good quality. Not sure if they really donate

absolute scam. Product arrived not as described. Print was not embroidered as said on the website, it was a cheap ugly item I regret buying. Was offered a refund if I pay to return the item. Should recieve full refund including shipping for a faulty item.
All sorts of dodgy, no way of getting this resolved.

Scam. Dont order. Low quality plastic print that had already some fault in it due to folding. Couldnt cancel the order even though tried right after ordering. Return policy so sketchy i dont even want to try. Just over all sketchy and the money is definitely not going to be donated.

I received sketchy tracking information which led me to believe that the site I purchased from was a scam, but I waited for my item all the same. I continued to follow the tracking, and on the day the item was said to have been received, it was not. I have lived at my current address for 1.5 years, order online all the time, and I have never had an issue with a missing package. When I contacted the seller, they told me to check my mail box again. When I again explained that the item was not received and that I would like a refund, the seller ignored me by not responding to the email and by failing to refund the money. I paid $29.98 for an item that was never received. I bought from the seller because they claimed to be donating a portion of the funds from the item to an organization that helps children, and not only am I angry that the item was never received, I am angered by the false advertising and that this seller plays into people's sensibilities simply to take their money.

I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews saying this is a scam. My tshirt was sent within a week and arrived within 3 weeks from order date. They are made in China but is very good quality. I've worn it to several marches and washed it each time. I contacted the company after a week to enquire about if it was sent and the reply was fast and I was given a tracking number. I ordered from Brisbane Australia. I would definitely buy from this company again but there are a lot of Palestinian supporters that I would buy a tshirt from first :)

I ordered this from Vienna, and I am impressed with the quality. I'm absolutely in love with it and will definitely be ordering again.

This shirt is made of high-quality material, and the print seems like it will last. Honestly. I bought obvious reasons and it's been a massive hit.

Ordered 3 t-shirts and some stickers and was very happy with the service and product. Sizing was true to size and quality is good. It did come from China so took maybe 2 weeks to arrive. I have a suspicion that some of the "scam" reviews were written by people (or bots) who never actually purchased from harainbow and are shamefully trying to dissuade people from buying from a small company whose designs they are annoyed by.

Tried to order via FB advert Process failed several times. Went to website , anti-virus blocked it, infected with malware. Stopped. Over next days I'm getting emails imploring me to finish the order. No way. They are not who they say they are. Many 5* reviews on here are fake too. Worried they have my email etc. now.

It took a while for my t-shirt to arrive and customer service took a few days to get back to me. It was coming from China so took a coiple of weeks from dispatch. But upon arrival, t-shirt as described. Was also worried after reading reviews here, but got it in the end

I ordered on an impulse and didn't check trustpilot until afterwards. I was a bit concerned by the "scam" 1-star reviews and I didn't receive an order confirmation email until several days later. However, my tshirts arrived within 20 days, sizing for my medium was exactly as per the sizing chart and quality seems good on first impression.

This sweatshirt is so cute and very comfortable. It's not super very think but it is extremely soft and cozy. I I's exactly what the picture shows.

I love this! It'so cute! I got one for myself and one for my cousin. The shipping took a little longer than usual, but it was totally worth it was totally worth the wait!

I found this page on a fb add. Really liked the designs they have for Palestine and placed a big order. In less than two weeks I had the exact products I ordered in my house in Greece. I don't know if they indeed give 10€ to Palestine for every t-shirt, that's on their conscious. But as far as the products are concerned, they are impeccable.
