Ordered a party tent and walls... set the tent up per the instructions... went inside to grab some water and came out to my tent blown away and broken in almost every place. Very cheap quality and a waste of $60. Shipping was fast and customer service was great though when I couldn’t read my Swedish emails from HN

Non-bulky packs up to 20 kg are delivered through DHL Service Point.

When you order something online the person who is the receiver will need to be available to receive the goods as well as to present a ID. If the person who ordered not are able to receive it another person can receive it for you but this person will need yours and his owns ID to do this.
When you contacted us regarding a namechange your order was already delivered to the service point and we have no possibility to change the name on the order.

A product was shown on your website that it is available in one of your stores, but when I went to that specific store I didn't found the product, and the salesman informed me that this product has been removed around one week ago!

HN is a scary reminder how much we are in need of real competition. For starters HN in Sweden has no trouble charging about 30 - 50% more in Sweden than in Denmark taking the currency difference in to count. This is probably because we are closer to the insanity in Norway and further from
Germany than Denmark. So obviously we are in crazy need for new competition here in Sweden. HN has now shut down most of its stores which makes the situation even worse. On top of everything the Swedish state has made Chinese import almost impossible. The Swedish crap factor is on a vertical rise these days. We already have our eyes on a new location in Europe, since Sweden is turning into a real pit.
