Friendly, professional and knowledgeable service! Very helpful in identifying the right product for my needs and then delivered very quickly. A level of service I really appreciate.
I needed to find a suitable fuel pump for a vintage MG J2 (recent concerns over SU reliability and quality encouraged me to look for an alternative brand) so I approached Hardi with a drawing of the problem, and explanation of my requirement.
I received an impressively fast response from Nenad Mlinaric advising me of which pump to choose for my situation.
Unfortunately here in the UK some of the Hardi pumps are not so easily available but I did find the one Nenad had recommended on Car-Builder Solutions website at a very competitive price, however it had the wrong inlet/outlet banjo/pipes for my needs.
So another message was sent to Nenad who instantly replied suggesting it might be easier if I bought the pump directly from Hardi, but when I looked into doing this, it was going to be significantly more expensive for me.
I asked Nenad if I could just buy the alternative inlet/outlet pipes directly (as I was unable to source these in the UK), but buy the pump itself here in the UK.
More excellent messages from Nenad Mlinaric explained that he had already posted the parts!
Moreover Nenad sent these as "all part of the service" with no charge!
I was completely knocked over by the friendly and super-efficient customer service recieved from this company, and wholeheartedly recommend them.
Due to the nature of a car restoration, it will be some time before the pump is fitted and put to use, but based on everything I have read, Hardi have a good reputation, and I am certain everything will be fine.
