Faulty stitching
I recently purchased a pair of castelli estremo winter cycling gloves (expensive)after only 8 times worn I noticed the stitching was failing,causing the two pieces of material to separate,I've sent clear pics where you clearly see the problem,but hardloop will not honor the manufacturers warranty and replace them or refund until returned to manufacturers for inspection, thus leaving me with no gloves,I requested a courier drop off new pair and collect faulty pair but they are not interested in being helpful.I will inform all members of our local cycling community so they can avoid getting involved with this company as the aftersales care is atrocious

I don’t usually leave reviews but as i was super skeptical when i ordered from this site due to the bad reviews. In the end i got a great Patagonia fleece at a price thats much less than anywhere else. Yes, the shipping takes a few more days but for the price its worth it.

Made an order weeks ago. Delivery date was supposed to be by 11 December, however, my order is still stuck with Hardloop team which totally ignores my inquiries for updated delivery dates. Super unprofessional.

Ordered 30/11 - no update since: please take contact!
I ordered on 30/11. It was going to be delivered between 7/12 and 8/12. Today still no delivery, also no mail. After mail to customer service, no response received. After attempted telephone contact nothing: no phone is answered. Can someone please contact me about my order? I am leaving on a trip next week and need this order!!!! If you guys can't deliver, please give me a call, refund my money and I'll order somewhere else. :(
