Great customer service and stunning product

It was very easy to order. Once you pay for the shoes, there's a message telling you how the shoes are made and delivery timings. This messed should have been written before the payment so the customer can decide to carry on or not.
The final result is very good. I am very pleased with the shoes. Smashing job.

Great looking boots and workmanship, a little tight but the sellers offered to send another pair.

I have to rate as 5 star. The quality, look, style of these shoes are incredible.
To balance, they took a while to arrive but that’s because they’re hand made to order.
Communications are also 100% with timely updates.

I will deffo be buying more from here

Stay clear of this company…. After my Boots eventually arrived they didn’t fit and the quality was terrible so I emailed them and asked for a returns note. Several emails later and I’m still waiting for an answer. I called his number and he fobbed me off. This was back in December. I’m now £147 out of pocket. Seems this company takes your money and runs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Although the delivery was a little longer than I had expected. The wait was more than worth it .
The quality and style of the boots are fantastic ,don't linger hit the button you all deserve them

I bought a pair of boots which when they were delivered, I didn't like. I asked for a refund and was told the returns form would be sent to me - it never arrived and despite several attempts to get hold of Mohammad, he ignores me.
Don't buy from him, he will just keep your money if you aren't happy with the product.

These boot are amazing.
I ordered a pair with were supposed to take a couple of weeks. I sent a message asking when I would receive them. I was updated with a revised date straight away.
I received the boots and they had a minor imperfection on the toe of the boot. After sending them a pic with a message outlining the imperfection. They sent another pair without any issues.
These boot are very well made and look so smart. I really can’t wait to wear the over the Christmas period. I just know I will get a load of comments about how well and expensive they look.
I’m always sceptical ordering off of social media. I research the company, as they had good reviews they were some not so great. I thought I’d give them ago and ordered some. I’m really happy with the quality of the boot and very happy with service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Communication throughout the process was very good. Yes, they took a few weeks to arrive but these are hand made and hand finished boots, not like the mass produced footwear you find in high street stores. When they arrived, they smelt hand made with various waxes and polish. The boots look great and fit well. Credit to the craftsman who made these. Despite other reviews, I would recommend this company. They are good.

Absolute scam! Shoes arrived after about 5 weeks, completely the wrong size. After several attempts at rectifying the problem they have ceased all conversations and will not respond. I am now £££ out of pocket with no shoes to show for it. I have even responded to their social media adverts which they have just deleted. Avoid like the plague

Shoes seem good a bit strange to be delivered with no box but no big deal. Quality seems good, I would buy again.
