I purchased a cardigan that was ‘supposed’ to be cotton blend. Not one ounce of cotton in it. Fit was shocking , long and skinny. Was offered $13.50 refund on a $90 product I do not want. Still waiting on response for full refund, I even offered to pay return postage, which will probably be cheaper than the $13.50 refund. Not happy at all.

This is a complete spam site do not use, I have started a dispute resolution with my bank.

Based on their product images I believe they are synonymous with Fay New Yofk

they sent me a tracking number that would not work....then they sent me an email that was supposed to be from UPS.....I notified UPS and they said the email was not from them.....the email said that my shipment had been lost and to give them credit card numbers so they could send me a refund.....after I ordered from them I question them and shut my cc down so they could not get any more money.....DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Under no circumstances use this Company to purchase any goods.

I am extremely dissatisfied and still haven't had a refund since December 2024.

It's a Chinese company selling poor sized, poor-quality goods which were also damaged on receipt. When raising a return, they first try and haggle with you by offering you a small discount on your next purchase, then a larger one when you refuse.

I sent my return parcel by tracking (£34) to China which took 3 months due to customs. Once it had cleared customs, It was then returned back to the UK as Harper Mode refused delivery.

I have tried to contact Harper Mode about this but they keep ignoring my emails

I will also be going to Ombudsmen followed by legal action. I would give zero starts if I could!!

Worst company EVER. I have been waiting over 2 months for my order and paid extra for faster delivery.

This company should be ignored do not buy anything they will rip you of.sll the items are nothing like you get.snd from Hong Kong they stole 78 pounds from a pensioner for a leather trench coat .that was plastic nothing like the picture.trading standards or someone must stop this company .theives

They sent me a damaged product and said I could go to the website and order one if I wanted another. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE or COMPANY

Scam. Not legit. Fraudulent. If you're lucky enough to get your product, the quality is cheap even for the price. Won't last long and you won't be getting a refund... Their customer service is non existent and will have you going in circles liaising over a discount price (which tbf is ludicrous in itself) just for them to end up blanking your emails. Claims to be an online fashion store with an office in Amsterdam but is likely just some guy in his flat scamming people and trying to make a profit from claiming cheap products from factories in China and selling them to you for inflated prices. Go to a real store. Avoid these type of sites at all costs PLEASE!

They are a scam . Don’t buy from them. They have taken my money and sent a faulty item and I am not able to get my money back. Avoid them ….

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I ordered a plush jumper. I received a shabby cheap jumper. I asked to return it and was told I could pick another item to the same value. I declined and asked to return it and was told I could get a refund of 15%, I declined that and was told that I needed to ship the jumper back to China which would cost in excess of the cost of the jumper. After lots of emails backwards and forwards with Lisa, who is responsive, I ended up receiving 40% refund. The jumper went to charity. Don't be mislead by this website, Lisa claims that customer satisfaction is paramount to them, but that is rubbish, i was far from satisfied with the result, but they had me over a barrel. Don't spend your hard earned cash on this rubbish that they advertise.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSiTE! They are a scam company, Chinese presenting as a UK company. Refunds are impossible and the quality of the items is worse than Temu.

Placed an order 19th December still waiting, sent numerous emails without any reply. Scum of the earth taking people's money before Christmas and not sending the goods.

Warning. Products are of very cheap quality. 2 items ordered the same size but one was bigger than the other. Although they advertise as a UK company they actually run from CHINA. Costs too much to return items and post office will not track a return to china. Therefore unable to get refund.

Bought a £45 coat (same as a lot of other reviewers here) and it arrived and I tried it on I ordered a 2XL I cold not even get 1 arm in it was like a Medium, poorly made clearly fake Asked to return and found out that the shipping cost to their "central warehouse" (in China) was £25. Best to avoid this dodgy company altogether.

If I could give minus stars I would. Bought a brown leather jacket / hoody from their social media site. Late to arrive and un traceable using their tracker facility. When it arrived was really cheap looking and nothing like the photo online. Painful dealing with their customer service people who offered 15% off further purchases - however the quality was so poor that I wouldn’t want anything from them. Kept asking for a refund. Jacket cost me £49. The starting charge is 20 euros to return (you pay to return item to China) for small item. This site is horrendous. Do not buy anything from them. Dec 2024.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a 'genuine real leather jacket' their words as advertised. This was a COMPLETE TOTAL LIE the item is cheap plastic and has never seen real leather nor does it slightly resemble real leather!!. Customer service basically said return at your expense which would be over £20 and we might give you a refund if it gets to us eventually through customs but that is at your own risk. That felt like a threat that they could say it didn't clear customs or wasn't received etc. It took multiple emails for them to even give me a return option, they did everything to avoid mecreturning the item. After multiple emails they eventually refunded me 30%. The jacket wasn't even worth the price I eventually paid but at least I got something back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SPREAD THE WORD.

This site poses as European but is actually based in China. I placed an order, realised and immediately tried to cancel but was told it was too late. The order took >2 weeks to arrive. The £40 item was more like £10 in terms of quality. Customer services were reluctant to provide return details and discouraged returns with offers of discounts. Given the cost of posting return to China, potential for import duty and difficulty in tracking, along with tight returns deadline, I finally accepted a 40% discount. I learned the hard way. Please be aware and I would avoid. Total rip off.
