FABULOUS service AGAIN!
We have been going to Harrolds in Northwood Hills for over 20 years now and have ALWAYS found them to be very caring and attentive to all our eye/glasses issues. Indeed, only this morning I discovered that my glasses of 8 years had finally succumbed to wear and tear and one arm had totally sheared off. As a matter of some urgency I went straight to Harrolds where Tim was able to provide me with a new frame and had everything fitted by 1.30pm.
FABULOUS service for which my family are, once again, most appreciative. THANK YOU! Anton

My family and I have been patients at…
My family and I have been patients at Northwood Hills for over forty years. I took my Son for a check up in September where he was wrongly diagnosed with a disease that meant he was going to go blind. Having got a second and third opinion from the Western Eye Hospital and an opthalmologist, thankfully, this is not the case. The anxiety and upset caused has been immeasurable.
We will not be returning and have since found a new eye care specialist.
