After queuing for an hour when we got to the front of the line they were having technical issues with the camera so they offered just to take some snaps with our phones - not what we queued for an hour (in fancy dress) for! Insisted we have the ‘pro’ photos done which they eventually did but the photographer was rude and the pix were crap. For what they charge for the pix (£25 for 4) they should have better equipment and a proper photographer.
As for the length of time it got to get to the front of the queue, maybe if they had used a little sense and not allowed some groups to have 20 different poses taken it would have been faster moving and less downloading issues with the camera. When it came to our turn however, because we’d made a point of waiting for the proper pix she just snapped 4 quick, bad pix, and told us to go.
Can’t even do a Do-It-Yourself picture after hours as they take the trolley in after the shop is closed proving the whole thing is just a money-making venture.
PS shop was so expensive too, they tried to push items on us we didn’t want, plus we didn’t get our badge for visiting in fancy dress (as we had been told you get). Won’t be visiting again.

I ordered three items no update at all on delivery after being promised five day delivery , deadline came I contact asked them on delivery date , told 1-2 days.
Deadline came and went no delivery or update , asked for clarity as messed up my order , then told due to system error my order was incorrect and not in stock , given refund option , replied asked for refund , no response.
Then received email stating order cancelled would I like to order from shop, tearing my hair out as I asked for refund , I’m now awaiting finding out if they can even do that without me taking action with trading standards , DO NOT make my mistake , truly shocking customer service and more than willing to take your money , Warner should be ashamed ripping fans off like this , I await there response again !

Very aggressive security people at the entrance who yell at you.
The security people very unfriendly. Asked simple questions about how the photo works. Although they wear the uniform and work for the company they don't know anything about the Harry Potter set up. They reply saying huh? Huh? They can't bothered and I'm wasting their time. There grasp of English is either very poor because they don't understand or don't know who they are working for.

I was outside the store earlier today at 4:30PM. There was a black security guard outside controlling the 9 3/4 platform crowd. All I did was to ask him what time they stop the photo taking today because it was my girlfriends daughter’s birthday and they’ve made a special trip from Manchester. However, he was just so aggressive, rude to me in his reply. There’s no need for that.
Very bad for the brand having someone like him.

Beware, I revived my order with things missing. You can only email them and they don’t reply. There is no way the missing things will come before Christmas. They have taken my money and not delivered my items. I have emailed twice and have been ignored. I will have to call my bank and report it. Very disappointed that they are taking orders and money but not delivering. You would be arrested if you walked in their shop and took something without paying for it, but they can take your money and only send part of the order???

Shockingly bad!!! Ordered two wands that took forever to arrive after being ignored through emails. When they eventually turned up they were completely the wrong items that I ordered and the boxes were ripped and dented. No wonder really seeing as they arrive in a brown envelope!! A very expensive experience…. not magical at all! Will never use them again… buyers beware!!!
A mixed bag
I live nearby and shop here often for friends' children. The shop is a really mixed bag. Everything is extortionately expensive but a few items are of excellent quality, like the made-in-Scotland lambswool jumpers. However, I recently paid 15 GBP for a Hogwarts acceptance letter that I should have examined more carefully before personalising. The quality of paper is terrible and the printer quality is no better than at home. Apart from the "wax" seal, I could have produced it myself. The shop is strangely organised with three counters, only one of which can ring up your items. I realise it's going to be hard to deliver a magical experience but I'd be careful about waiting in line with children if you don't have hundreds of pounds budgeted for this.

The product was terrible cheap plastic necklace for £47 I’m so disappointed no phone number to contact them and their email system is a joke I am not sure weather I trust to get a refund if I return it
Great Shop!
This shop has been great for me. I've bought many things from here and they've all been in good condition and arrived fast. Recently, I bought a Griffindor robe and sweater, both were great quality and fit well (although the robe was a bit too long on me). The only issue I have with it are the prices, some things are way too expensive. But apart from that, I love this shop!

Placed order heard nothing for two…
Placed order heard nothing for two weeks tried to enquire as it was for my daughter’s birthday. Nothing, no phone number no reply to email or Fb. £80 down the drain, and unsurprisingly no order has ever shown up.

I ordered the items to the Czech Republic on 23.11. I had 14 things all together. I was able to track my shipment and it was delivered 2 weeks later. I think it's normal when it was before Christmas. And everything was nicely wrapped separately. So I am really happy with this shop:)

It seems the only magical experience about this company is its capability to make ones purchases disappear following checkout. Having ordered a simple snitch key chain as a Christmas gift back at the beginning of December the tracked item still hasn’t made it to the Royal Mail. Perhaps they simply can’t catch it before boxing? This company is not to be trusted unless you’re in the market for an invisibility cloak. I’m sure they’d flog you one of those happily.
Wrong item, over and over again
The same thing has happened to me twice now:
1.They send the wrong item.
2.Weeks later they acknowledge their mistake and say they'll resend
3. Weeks later nothing comes
4. They apologise and say they'll resend
5. Wrong item arrives AGAIN
6. They fail to respond to follow up emails
Item never showed
Ordered a Slytherin winter warmer trunk on the 26th of October 2020. It’s now 2021 and it hasn’t shown up and I’ve had no response from the seller. £70 gone down the drain. If this is the official Harry Potter shop then it’s a shambles. Would give 0 stars on the count of no product or service received whatsoever.
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace! My mum and dad got me a slytherin scarf from the official Harry Potter website I’ve just opened it just to see that the stitching has come off right on the front! Absolutely disgusting of you to do this. And of course you have to charge so blimmin much for Harry Potter merch but you can’t even stitch a blimmin scarf up right. Pathetic. Sort it out!

Beyond frustrated seeing as a family we have spent a lot of money with Warner brothers.. I ordered a full size dressing up ball gown after my granddaughter fell in love with it when we visited for studio tour.. so rather then a child size dress they sent 5inch version!!!!!! They have not responded to any emails and of course no phone number... I know in the current scheme of things the world is dealing with bigger issues.. but I lost my job and have been extremely unwell with Covid.. I am unable to replace such a high value item ( 70 ) in time for Christmas.. I should of been cautious if there is not a phone number means they are awful for customer care... SHAME ON YOU.. I know it will not matter to you but I will not be putting any more of my money your way... Suzanne
