Some products are not reliable. I bought lot of 2 in one spotlights and sockets back in 2020. Now some of them going faulty but I can’t replace the because I believe the company has gone bust or not fully operating and the items I want have not been available for over a year. For example, I can install different style sockets in my lounge but I will have a mixture of them - not looking nice.

The products are going but their communication is terrible. When you purchase items, it would be good for sales to state, you may needs these, like drivers or clip etc, Also, i have ordered from them the 2nd time ( first time the driver packed up) but they were good and replaced the item. but this second time, i have emailed twice with no response to where my order is? i try ring them and it goes to an answer phone...slightly worrying but i paid with my CC. so< products are good, supplier hit and miss

Delivered on time with ample packaging to endure no damage. Amazingly bright lights. My boyfriend is a gamer and an 80s enthusiast so it was a perfect combo for his birthday. Very much worth the money. Will definitely revisit.

Have the stock comes broken, no way to return it, cant speak to anyone on the phone. I would never use it again.

Never received my last order, think they went bust

Absolutely distgusting service throughout the process. Take your money and run kind of company. Had numerous faults and still don't have the replacement lights after numerous emails I have sent them. Tell me they aren't in stock now but not willing to refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought WiFi light switches, they don’t work and have gone bust it looks like!

Can get hold of any one. Been wating for a refund from May 2022.

Awesome, Had a power cut today and several of my light switches no longer work, they seem to have blown. Tried HH to see if there was any guidance and they appear to have gone into liquidation!!!!

They removed my last review, even after providing TrustPilot proof of purchase etc. Hartington Heath has gone and won't refund or replace goods. However if anybody wants to contact them, they are now trading as Adaptive Ltd. (Emitters) Selling the same out of date goods. BEWARE!!

I’ve ordered an ILumoS triple modular socket in August 2021 on behalf of my customer, I was advised that the actual faceplate is out of stock and should arrive within 2/3weeks. A month went by and apparently thier container was stuck in Netherlands. Another Month went by and it was still not here and again and again. Asked in January 2022 was told February it’ll be here. Nothing. Was then told End of March, then end of April. Last message 09/05/22 “This will be in stock in 2 weeks” I messaged them 3 weeks later no reply, messaged last week no reply. Surely it should be in your interest to update your customer on the status of this. Also asked for a refund, didn’t recieve it.
Will never ever use this company.
Not sure on other products but you can find all of them on AliExpress, unfortunately I can’t find the triple socket plate in the colour that I need. I’m giving them

I must congratulate Hartington Heath for there excellent service and back up, we purchased a product that let us down a couple of times and Hartington Heath with no hesitation replaced the item with a satisfactory replacement, I can not thank them enough for there support and service. Good to know there are still some Companies out there that still believe in service and support. Thank You. Ron .

Unfortunately there was a little miscommunication when I ordered the neon led strip which blew up the wifi led controller.
Luckily their customer service is amazing. They are really helpful and friendly. Everything has been solved quickly. Definitely recommend this company.

Order processed and received on time, product installed but ensure you read the instructions carefully. It is not like a standard switch. There is a back-plate which needs to be fixed to the socket box first, leaving enough space for the front plate to be clicked into place.
Very nice product, the blue light makes the switch very easy to find in a dark room.

Bought a triple switch with remote a year ago and it has been brilliant. Clear led circles round the touch area and effective remote control.
Was delivered promptly and if I ever need a similar unit I would definitely return. Excellent!

Bought an item that was 'IN STOCK' on the website 18.02.2022. Received a dispatch notification 18.02.22 and a few days later (22.02.2022) a call to say that these items actually were not in stock at all and were on back order until Mid-March. I chased on 08.03.22 to make sure these were still on track and was told it was still mid-march or possible the end of March now. Chased again today 04.04.22 after no call or any sort of customer service on this only to be told someone would pop to the warehouse and check and get back to me. Called again hours later after no call back, waited on hold for almost 25 minutes to be told that these now won't be int stock until the end of May.

Very good customer service, easy to navigate website. Stock availability on the website is additional help. Quick dispatch and fast delivery. It was pure pleasure to do business with Hartington Heath. I strongly recommend them!
