Lovely looking tiles, but somehow when ordering didn't realise that they weren't a clicker floor system. Trying to return as they are the wrong thing, but no one will reply to my emails. Wish I'd paid more heid to these reviews.

Had these tiles for 6 months and gotta say, I love them.

Very hard wearing, absolutely waterproof and really like the texture effect.

I spent a small fortune (5k) on Harvey Maria rubber floor in Fennel opting for a roll rather than individual squares for a seamless finish throughout or hallway and kitchen. Within 1 year the sealer was pealing off where the sunlight hits it. Within 2 years the sealant is pealing off in areas where there is heavy use and no sunlight. The floor scratches so easily and looks a huge mess. It was so expensive and needs replacing already. There is no way to repair it. I contacted HM and they fobbed me off saying it hadn't been sealed correctly upon installation and that it does say on the website that the product shouldn't be installed in direct sunlight - well, I don't live in a cave. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

Poor quality product, non existent aftercare. Refused to visit site to inspect and instead blamed the installer on two occasions. An installer with 12 years experience fitting LVT. Every step was followed meticulously and official adhesive used under the correct conditions. They convinced us to buy a second batch with the same results. I would not touch this company with a barge pole. Use karndean or polyfloor instead. It’s true you get what you pay for. £900 down the drain

I’ve used Harvey Maria tiles in my bathroom which I love. As I’m redecorating my whole house I thought I’d use HM again in my hallway - I went for poppy seed and linen white. Let me tell you the white tiles are IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean. Even if I mop everyday, the design of the tile means dirt gets into the texture of the floor and it won’t budge. The most annoying part is when I try and scrub the floor clean it takes off the color of the tile and because the white is dark underneath I now have tiny black dots all over the tile. If you’re thinking of using these tiles in a high traffic area - don’t.

Fantastic quality product, I have been looking expensively at various LVT products and these guys are head and shoulders above the rest in both quality and designs. But ontop of this there customer service is second to none, Holly helped me out of a couple of issues with both deliveries of samples issues with parcel force and even managed to next day me a couple of tiles to help me actually finish my project on schedule, absolute life saver. Definitely recommend buying direct from harvey maria 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Very vague wording regarding returns policy. We ordered on the plus side as advised by our fitter but when I attempted to return the excess pack they advised that they wont accept even though each pack is boxed separately. They also charge for returns which makes it uneconomical to place any further orders. When you try to contact customer service you just receive a series of copy and paste responses which advise you to sell them on Facebook marketplace rather than return.

I was very excited to receive my tiles but very disappointed when they arrived, the print and quality is very poor for the exorbitant price they charge. And although they arrived in good time their return policy is not great as shipping is paid for by the customer which suggest to me they are aware they are selling an average product.

Brilliant quality LVT ordered. Quick and efficient order and delivery. Very helpful. Flooring looks amazing. So happy.

Ordered raspberry pink tile , first 2 packs came and was very happy with my purchase, however I ran short and had to order a 3rd pack. When they arrived I noticed the arrows were not included on back of these tiles as were on the first two packs. I didn't think much of it but when I cut them to size and put them next to original ones I noticed a colour difference. It was darker , quite noticeable infact. I'm very disappointed, they were not cheap and if you have an eye for detail you would notice. As I'd already cut to size I wouldn't be able to return. Will not be purchasing from here again .

Great customer service; they phoned to check my order. Promptly delivered. Robust returns processing when I needed it also and strong communication. The tiles were beautiful but my 150 year old floor way too uneven to fit so I can't comment on the product.

Harvey Maria Northmore - awful product total waste of money. We cannot wait to save up and change this floor. We hate to have wasted our hard earned money on this floor which we have had all through our hallway. After first installation all tiles were lifting within a few weeks. The installer agreed to reorder and relay the whole floor as they said it must have been a bad batch. Relaid but used that much adhesive that the glue is constantly showing between each tile. Plus areas are already lifting again. This floor IS NOT hard wearing or easy to clean. Please avoid.

I had a new kitchen 12 months ago and choose the Harvey Maria check slate pattern to be fitted throughout the kitchen diner. I love the design of it but I chose it believing it would be hard wearing as it as advertised as suitable for domestic and commercial. This is not the case it scratches extremely easily and stains. I purchased the very expensive ‘floor spa’ treatment which failed to shift the stains. The marks were from my baby spilling food from her high chair - I brush or hoover the floor every day and it is mopped once a week with any obvious spills cleaned up immediately but this is not enough to keep this floor in good condition. Deeply impractical for family life and I would not recommend at all, I spent almost £1200 on the flooring plus the cost of ply board to prep the area, and fitting too. So a small fortune!
