Cold crispy chicken burger , my hamburger .. no tomatoes , said not available , poutine hot , gravy yummy , hardly any cheese , all fries stuck together in a blob

Sunday, I wanted a good burger. In Fairview mall area.
I ordered the regular burger. I went up to put all the stuff on and they said they had No Tomatoes.
I said well that's kind of weird. You have nothing but grocery stores around you.
So how can you possibly not have a tomato??

10:40pm , ordered hot dog , it will take 6 minutes pullup front .
20 minutes later , oh sorry for the miscommunication we thought you'd just pull around.
Waste of time , competence is only available in the daylight I guess they offered me donuts as compensation.
I didn't want the damned donuts so I said no .
Take them anyway .
No .
I had to shut them up by threatening to dump them on the ground . Another wasted minute.

Service was atrocious and very slow staff arguing in front of customers and more worried about drive thru than customers standing in the store. Ordered an Angus burger double cheese and a regular angus burger. Took 20 minutes to get our burgers and she tried to give regular burgers had to tell to look at receipt. The store is in Kitchener, Ontario. Westmount and Highland road. If this is the way Harvey’s is going count me out McDonalds is better than this store.

Harvey's use to have the best burgers! Was very disappointed when I went to Harvey’s today in Brandon MB after a 20 year hiatus. Burger patty was reheated and luke warm not cooked fresh like I remember. Onion rings and atmosphere were good but doubt I’ll be back,

Terrible first impression.

I ordered Harvey's for the first time.
Never had such terrible food from them.
I used to go in and eat, the food was always great but I ordered in this time.
Food was so gross , the order was wrong and it was just the worst order ever.
Giving one star is even too many.
Think the food was reheated from the night before.
What a waste of money.
Hope you do a better job.

For many years I would buy Harvey’s once per week . Recently I went to Harvey near me and didn’t like the food that much . There seems to be a change don’t taste the same . Not planning to eat out at Harvey’s anymore .

Went to harveys in wasaga beach
We had hamberger with frys and a drink the hamberger was half cooked flat as a pancake they put relish mustered Ketchum with harve saws put that on the burger
What crap you could even see it and couldn't tast the sawses
Payed the same price 19 dollars for crap food the girl in drive through had.so may airings in her face and covered with tattoos it was ridiculous to look at but that seems what they want to higher these days what happen to the indian guys that worked there
Looks like all fast food are cutting back on food put same price or more won't be going back to harveys in wasaga beach any time soon so long fast food places

Flat out scam
I attempted to place an order via Harvey's mobile app however the app flat out screwed up and wouldn't allow tto place the order however upon checking my credit card it turns out that they had gone ahead and changed my credit card for the order that failed when I contacted Harvey's to get the charges reversed for the failed order I was told there is nothing they can do as the charges are still pending they charged my credit card for an order that didn't go through because their system screwed up and now they are refusing to refund my money

I went through the drive through. When I got home they forgot to give me any sauce for the chicken I ordered and my poutine was half full. I did have to drive back and get the sauce, but when I mentioned the poutine they pretty much wrote me off. Basically said no. Very bad service.
