Millions of options and designs to choose from. I got the two hats that I ordered exactly as they were described. I couldn't be happier!
By mistake, I was sent the wrong hat, and mistakes can happen. I called up the Hatpublic customer service and they immediately told me there would be no problem in getting a refund. They were fantastic and I got the refund back within two hours.
Mistakes happen as I said, but these guys were great. I will shop with them again.
i bought a bucket hat from hat public. It was supposed to be one hat fits all. Lie! It was way too big. But the worst part was there is no way to get to these people. They do not offer refunds. They cannot be reached by phone or email. They dont include a packing slip or a return label. In other words you are stuck with what they give you. Stay away. This company is awful!!
Dont buy there beanies. This is the 1st and last time I will anything from this site. Shipping is overpriced. Beanies from this website are garbage quality and overpriced. Beanie was 22 and its worth at least 5 dollars and the printing on the beanie peeled off. I scratched it and it already started peeling as soon as I took it out the package. Buy at your own risk. Got my money back from PayPal though.
