I really cannot complain in any way about this company. I filled in a simple form online stating what I had and they gave me a guaranteed figure.
They sent me an envelope to send back my gold and I received a call next working day with a total and the money was instantly deposited into my account.
I chose this company because of its reputation and online reviews, and I am glad I did. First class service that can be trusted.
I actually recommended them to my best friend as I knew he had a nice amount of gold he too could cash in on.

This is the second time of using them. I had to call them on Friday to check something Karen was helpful and called me back with the information. The payment was delayed from same day Friday to today but they kept me fully informed and as promised the payment was made first thing this morning.

The online process was simple. I received an instant quote and unique number. Slight hiccup in timing since I waited for a postage envelope which I thought I’d ordered but didn’t arrive. I decided to send items in my own packaging. Posted yesterday and was paid today. Amazing service and the price was even better than quoted. Truly amazed. I had a lot of odds and ends of silver and a little bit of gold as my mother was a jeweller. Scraps & unwanted pieces. I ordered two of the ‘Gold packs’ which quickly came in the post. I filled out the forms for each. Posted them back. I was really worried whether they would get there safely or not. I would have rather gone in person but they are not open at the weekend. I posted them on Wednesday Lunchtime. By the NEXT day I had the money in my account. I couldn’t believe it. What an incredible service. I also rang them on the phone before I sent the items just to put my mind at ease and understand how to do it. They were lovely on the phone. Recommend 100%. It was worth a lot more than I thought too. Really worth doing!

I asked for the best time to visit the office but got told “anytime”. Upon arrival I found a long queue with not clue on how long it would take to be received.
It turns out it took a long time because staff shortage meanwhile there was no access to the toilet. Staff in general seemed slow and did not acknowledge the queue building up.
All in all, the experience is not great.” For customers.
