Customer service

Customer service is down right AWFUL. It took them near 5 months to finally respond to me in regards to an order I never received. I ordered in January and have only now, as of today in May, been told I would be refunded seeing as reshippment isn't possible.
Prior to this instance I had been told of a refund and reshippment on multiple different occasions but they never confirmed either for me. Only now, after either straight up ignoring my complaint for months (no response to multiple emails) or making empty promises about fixing the situation, have they decided to refund me. Don't waste your time OR money with this shop, unfortunately they're not worth it.

Unfortunately, the package delivery, package tracking number DP210126000064101, was failed that was notified by the Package Tracking System. Our customer service immediately informed you by email to ask you to contact the local carrier for the second time delivery or to pick it up at the carrier's local office, but we didn't received your reply. Since you didn't reply us, we assumed that you had contacted the carrier's office and you got the package. Until you contact us in this May, we didn't know you didn't receive this package and we refund you on May 21 according to your request. For this case, we think that our email sent to you might be mistreated to be put into your junk email folder by your email system. Anyway, we apologize for the failed delivery. Best regards.

Warning, “easy return” means shipping to China at your own expense

Ordered having carefully checked returns policy, which states free returns. Company is described in FAQ as being based in North America, but using Asian warehouses. This is NOT mentioned on the returns policy.

The garments fit, but we’re not as pictured - I chose a skirt with undershort which from the images would have an inside leg of 2-3 inches, and as I was ordering a L I would have expected this to be increased a little from the size worn by the model. The shorts were actually around 1” inside leg and fit more like a boy short than a cycling short. Combined with the cheap, plastic feeling fabric I wanted to return.

The statement “easy returns” is misleading. I’m a UK customer. My order cost £30 and was shipped from a UK address. I’m being told that the only way to get a refund is to ship to China, using a tracked method and taking 2-3 weeks - that will cost £20.

Clothes were not to a standard I like and not as pictured, but I’m left only being able to recoup 1/3 of what I spent. Customer service has been limited, just a reiteration that the policy is that the customer pays for return and no addressing my point that it should be made clear where that return is to so the customer fully understands the risk.

Lovely customer service!

I am very happy with their customer service. My hoodie arrived slightly dirty and they gave me a discount coupon, so I ordered a shirt I loved! Recommend!

great support and even greater quality

My package could not ‘find’ my address at first, but thanks to the Haulliday support I contacted them with, they helped me out so wonderfully. I now have my package and it is great quality and condition!

Holliday's support, please, fix your own errors !

I recently ordered a jacket L seize. I received the inner part in M seize, the other part in L seize.
Anyway, both were really too small (probably both were M seize) , and I decided to send back the item. Holliday's support asked me for pictures of the jacket, they confirmed the issue, but they didn't agree to send a prepaid label to me or to pay the postal fee for China.

I ordered my item a couple weeks ago and I still haven't received anything. I don't recommend this website. It might be the country you're from that affects you getting your item or not. So I don't recommend this website
