After waiting weeks for an order to arrive, I contacted Havens who said it would be in stock by the end of the month, at which point we’d be away on holiday. After being promised they would dispatch it when we are back, they sent it anyway.

Extremely quick delivery, glasses were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Very poor item. £46 for a glass a slate ice cubs u can buy the same glass in Asda for £2.50. Item sent back.

The items I ordered arrived promptly, and well packed - all I needed.

Havens went to the trouble of telling me that the photograph on the website was not a true likeness of an item I'd ordered (as part of a larger order). They took a photograph themselves, and emailed it to me. The differences appeared to be very minor, so I went ahead with the purchase, and am very happy with it - the differences were indeed very minor.

Received these beautiful Royal Scot Crystal glasses pretty quickly, to the USA. Absolutely, gorgeous glasses. Haven’s provided tracking for them. I kept track of them the whole way, with no problem. This is my second order with them & I am extremely happy. They were for my husband & he loves them. I will keep doing business with them. Thank you so much. I highly recommend! 😊

I placed a special order of china from Germany. As expected with imports from Europe, the milk jug arrived before the cereal bowls and the lunch plates came last. Havens went to a lot of trouble for me. They sent the pieces as they arrived and held delivery because I was away.
Havens is a cheerful team. No question is too hard for them. That makes me a loyal customer.

The quality of the product is very good

What a good company. I ordered two Rosenthal china cups and was quickly told that there would be a delay because they had to come from the supplier. Sure enough, well within the quoted period they told me the cups were on their way and they duly arrived with a personal note. Flexible about ordering and personal service. Long may they flourish.

Ordered extra plates from a set we have had for years to cope with Christmas guests. Arrived well packed and promptly! Very impressed.

As of today,7th November,I have only received two items, and not all three that I had ordered. Invoice stated that the set of glasses that I had ordered would come direct, but have not received them. They were for birthday gift on Thursday, so will now have to go to shops to buy something else.

My Order was not delivered, it’s been returned back to Havers, for some unknown reason, I have called them and am still waiting for a call back to tell me when I am likely to receive my order!!!!
