All aspects of the order were exactly as I wished.

I have now ordered three sets of two tumblers for three different people and I have had a set bought for me. I think they are of excellent quality and very good value for money. Delivery was made in good time and the tumblers were extremely well packaged.

(Although I moved away from Westcliff in 1967 I have been back once, sadly for a funeral, nut I remember it well. My first wife lived with her mother over what was then the National Provincial Bank on junction of Hamlet Court Court and Canewden Road).

Exceptional customer service with regular contact. Beautiful product. What a shame this beautiful department store had to close, however it still provides a lovely traditional service even when buying online.

Product arrived as ordered and prettily gift wrapped. Good communication via email that product was out of stock. I was not aware product not available in store when I ordered it and it only just arrived in time weeks later as bought for a birthday present.

Havens offer an excellent range of high quality products. Some time ago I ordered a product which was out of stock. The item was also out of stock at the manufacturer, but was expected to be produced in the near future, within a couple of months. I was informed of this and asked if I would still like to place my order. A few weeks later I was informed the product was back in stock, and did I wish to go ahead with the order. I did want to go ahead, but I had a problem as I was going to be away for a few days. I asked if the item could be delivered on a certain day some time in the future and this was agreed. The item came as agreed, well packaged and in perfect condition. I have made several purchases from Havens in the past and have always been delighted with the high quality of their products and excellent service.

Hold a decent volume of wine.
Survive the dishwasher.
One PROBLEM however, useless courier who again delivered to the wrong address.

I have already made a review regarding my purchase of a pewter tankard but will reiterate that from start to finish I was extremely pleased with the article, the ease of purchase and speed and excellent safe delivery of the item. Thank you.
