We dealt with a young man called Isaac for booking a cruise next year what can I say very helpful his knowledge was beyond his years and politefull all the the time even in correspondence he was patient and understanding I would deffo recommend him to go through your company at all times a credit to your firm wish there were more like him

He was patient, thorough, informative and gave excellent service. We booked six nights in Tenerife for Easter weekend for the best price we could find and believe me we searched everywhere!

I wrote a review but gave it 3 stars due to the number of emails I had received. I now understand some of them were from the airline as they now had my details and email address Hayes Travel will now reduce the number of emails sent to me which may not be of used to me, I have given them an extra star And I would like to say again that the lady who dealt with me Sue was extremely good and efficient
