Great service and great quality products - Katie's Instagram feed is so useful to demonstrate tools and provide advice

Body tapper and jade body comb: Product quality excellent beautifully packaged. Service was speedy and ahead of scheduled:) I purchased these items following a Skin Stress Masterclass Tutorial with Katie. The tutorial was excellent Katie was very generous with her knowledge and answering questions, I very much enjoyed the session and can recommend. Both items are tools to introduce new healthy well-being habits, which are sometimes hard to make. It is early days about week two but, I'm sticking to my new well-being morning and evening ritual which as time progresses, I find I miss if I skip a session. They set me up for the day and conclude the day by preparing me for bed. These rituals are helping me with stopping the ubiquitous blancmange feel to yet another lockdown day! So far recommend and I'm encouraged to persevere:)

Katie & her Qigang, Qigong, Hayo’u Method, Hayo’u Fit and the extremely helpful team behind them are a Massive Miracle.

I saw a Massive Transformation in the way I felt and looked after simply doing the free morning Qigong classes, hosted on Instagram, by the lovely Katie Brindle. I believe that we are extremely lucky to have access to such a knowledgeable team, and after enrolling in some courses with Hayo’u Fit, I noticed the following:
My energy levels and sleep had improved.
I was relaxed but energised.
I felt my immune system boosted up.
My body was getting back into shape🥰💪

The products that Hayo’u sell on their website or through QVC are high quality and an investment worth making. I would definitely recommend at least the Body Tapper to start out with, as it complements the daily Instagram lives perfectly.

From doing Qigong daily, then not being able to do it for a short while (due to health issues), I noticed a Massive Difference in my health and well-being.
Qigong is the way forward for me - definitely a Miracle indeed!❤😘

I watched Katie Brindle's Q&A on Hayoufit tonight and just wanted to give a little feedback. I never cease to learn something new from you and I always come away feeling inspired. Thankyou 🙏💕. I've said before that I started joining you every morning since April (we even did Saturday lives back in the day ☺️..So grateful that I'm an 'early adopter') - quite incredible as I have always struggled to find exercise that had stickability. But Qigong sticks! Why... because it works and doesn't lie or fill you with false hopes or empty promises! I really look forward to you doing some teaching about the spiritual and philosophical side too. Your team is outstanding and are so blessed to be working for you and with each other. I have to be honest, I'm slightly envious!. Thankyou for your energy and constant giving of yourself. The Jade stone and oil is just so relaxing and it makes my skin glow, whilst helping iron out some wrinkles and puffiness round my eyes.

Our 78 year old nanny is still living with us. Yesterday she complained of back ache. I put Hayou body oil on her back and gently guasha’ed her back and in minutes she felt a lot better.
