Poor packaging!
I had ordered some products as requested by my wife but despite the quick delivery, packaging was very poor. Delivery box was all damaged and tissue paper in box all crinkled.

Fantastic product
I just received my bamboo tapper, it feels nice and strong, great quality. Excellent presentation and very quick delivery. All in all a great experience.
I still need to get used to it though . I'm a Shiatsu therapist and have been tapping myself for a long time with my hands and the feeling is very different but I love to be able to get to all the bits in my back and definitely a self care tool I'll be recommending to my patients.
