Megan was very thorough and professional in sorting out a holiday package for us,thank you.

Third year we have booked our holiday with Hays travel in Basildon shopping center, couldn't fault previous years service and this year was just as good. All staff friendly helpful and not pushy, good advictoo. Thank you. 🤩

As always the staff were very helpful by doing everything for me. I only have to pick destination, dates and pay. Makes it all very easy for me.

I didnt know where to go on holiday as its with grandchild .
