A very good service overall
A very good service overall. The agent in the afternoon was able to accommodate our needs. The airport is the one we asked for, so is the hotel and resort.

Very friendly staff
Louise in the Bedford branch was very friendly and helpful. She organized everything for us, including our assistance on the plane. Louise was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to travel, and made our booking experience very simple and easy. We will be using Hays travel again.

Holiday Experience
We found the whole experience of booking our holiday, so easy. Louise who we spoke to, was so efficent. We told her where we wanted to go, and within minute there were so much choice in Crete, our ideal destination. We decided on a location that looked very nice, at a reasoable price. The booking was very easy, and we were very happy, thanks to Louise.
