We had previously booked a P&O Norwegian fjords cruise with Millie. She was really helpful and knowledgeable as we had never done a cruise before. We absolutely loved the cruise from start to finish and the recommendation of our cabin was spot on.
So we only booked another cruise with Millie to Spain and France for 2027, same cabin too.
Millie is so friendly and efficient, we love dealing with her.
We also get our foreign currency and re load our Hays travel card within the shop.
Great service at the Beverley branch.

16/05/26 three ladies in store were very friendly and attentive in finding us a luxury holiday in Bali 😄 the two ladies joined together in sorting the best price location and also finding the flight was hand luggage only ring numerous agencies to find costings as it turned out hays own booking system was the best option including baggage saving us hundreds of pounds they could have not been any more helpful 😃 coffee and tea as we waited ten minutes which was not a problem as the lady behind the exchange counter chatted to us 👍 a very reassuring Experiance that’s why we are a repeat customers thank you. We spoke to a lady called Helen who was so helpful she found us options and gave us the time to make our decision without being pushy she also listened to the things we needed on our holiday and found what we hope will be our perfect time away

The staff are very helpful, gave us a choice of holidays within our price bracket and needs. No pushy sales process which I like. I know everything can be done online direct with Jet2 but I still like the assurance that I've booked through a travel agent and that if there are any problems they will deal with them.

Went in looking for a deal for Malta flying from Leeds/Bradford. After a good time spent at the Agents we found a flight but no hotel/b&b to go with it as as a package deal in the are we needed to be, so ended up by purchasing a flight through travel agent and sorting accommodation ourselves separately. Adviser was very helpful though looking at all options available to us which included other airports.

Millie at Beverley branch answered my question about the cost of a cruise honestly. To my surprise the price was better than a large online company. She didnt try to hard sell but gave me time to work out complex travel arrangements. She talked me through my options on cabins and drinks packages.
The cruise is booked.
