Stacey was Incredibly knowledgeable with her advice about Tenerife and suggested a hotel which looks fantastic, she was upfront and honest about pricing and booked my seats onboard the aircraft, she also offered me airport parking, A Lounge & fastrack secruity which I didn’t know Hays Sold! Made the whole holiday experience so much easier! All I need to do is checkin and go! Thank you so much Stacey! Looking forward to booking my next holiday

I always use Hays @Bexleyheath to book my holiday. Kat the manager was super helpful and friendly and had lots if knowledge about the cruise we were booking. I prefer a face to face service rather than the website and this is my go-to place

We went to book a holiday for next year and also to query a booking for this September. Dennis was patient, friendly and helpful. We have always found our dealings with Hays a positive experience.

I was served by Sophia who showed total commitment with patience and empowering me involving me in the choices . She presented herself as very professional with excellent communication skills understanding my needs and offering me the right package . She kept her smile. I am very satisfied as she has also promised to follow up and help me with my booking when the time is near . I felt comfortable and pleased with the service .

I came to the branch as I found out the holiday booked on Saturday was cheaper online with tui .
Once I informed the manager of this she just asked to see the photo showing the screenshot and with no issue amended our booking straight away.
As always the manager was easy to speak to and professional throughout being very thorough.
Our adult son has special needs and the staff are always very understanding of his needs.

We had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help to find the best holiday. He listened and got us a great deal on an amazing holiday. My booking for my holiday in Crete at the Bexleyheath branch was a pleasant experience. Helena went through all the booking process with me including explaining all aspects of the airport assistance requirements for my friend. I would not hesitate to use Hays Travel in the future.
