Feeling of missed information
Well when I booked my holiday I was told there was only 1 room left and so I booked. I also asked if your app was as easy to use as jet2 to (as I usually book direct with jet2) and was told yes, yet I cant see anything on there apart from making payments. I cant see booking seats or ordering food when I was told I could do this. Also when I came out of the shop I went on jet2 direct and found the same holiday £200 cheaper and the holiday was exactly the same as what they I had just booked with hayes.

We try to avoid busy times so seeing Lorna only involved a short wait. Initially went in to get help with boarding passes. After that we made an enquiry about a cruise for 2027. Lorna investigated various options regarding destinations and price. We found the right cruise for us and booked it. Also had a holiday insurance quote after it was fully explained and booked that as well. When contacting next day had very satisfactory information from other members of staff. Highly recommend.
