Amazing Travel Experts
I went into Hays this week with the intent to just look at what they have on offer, I did not expect myself to be sat there for awhile booking 2 holidays (Miami & Lanzarote) with a very new apprentice to travel. Anna-Jo did very very well even with the questions i was throwning at her and she also checked with fellow collugues if she was not sure on the answer to a question i asked her.
I will definitely be using hays again as they made it so easy to just go in and book a holiday i want.

Hays Travel 10/10 - Hotel Toureg, Boa Vista, Cape Verde
The staff at Hays, Broadway bent over backwards to help us with our holiday and currency needs. The holiday resort was beautiful and the food delicious. The only drawback being it had rained a couple of weeks before we went and it had brought out the mosquitoes and believe me they were huge and plentiful! Having said that we would go again but without the mosquitoes.

Olivia had excellent knowledge on the various destinations I was looking at and gave me very good prices for all of them, I eventually chose Rhodes. I would not hesitate to recommend Hays Bradford to my friends one has also recently booked with Olivia to Cyprus and again he said the service she gave was excellent.

Birthday celebration holiday
My wife and myself went into the store with our dates,
hotel and resort in mind, as we went to this same hotel 3 weeks ago and had a fantastic holiday so decided to book it for next year to celebrate both our 'Special' birthdays.
