Ellen who helped with my most recent booking was brilliant, so helpful and patient as I wanted to get my children's first holiday abroad just right and she was great at finding the best offer during the summer holidays! Being able to check in online for you when it's time and also sort money exchange is a bonus!

I attended the Brighouse branch four times over the space of just two days, and every single visit was such a positive experience. Emma, Zoe and Rachael were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with all of my enquiries and questions. They were incredibly friendly, patient and professional, and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the whole process.
I had quite a few questions and things I needed help with, but nothing was ever too much trouble for any of them. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood what was happening and were always happy to help, even when I had to return multiple times.
The customer service I received was genuinely excellent, and I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful the whole team was. It’s not often you come across such lovely staff who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
A massive thank you to Emma, Zoe and Rachael for all their help and for making every visit such a pleasant experience. I would definitely revisit the Brighouse branch in the future and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for friendly, professional and outstanding customer service.

Extremly patient when we didnot know…
Extremly patient when we didnot know where we wanted to go this year. Also wanted Adults only and a beachfront. We e ded up with Rhodes on a beachfront but sadly not adults only. They are hard to find.
