Hays Travel - Bristol Kingswood Reviews 

Myself and my friend went in to book some excursions in New York, the lady that helped us was very pleasant and kind. She found all of the excursions we wonted and booked it straight away.

Always booking with Hays in Kingswood has been hassle free and all the staff have been very helpful,the holidays has always been exactly what we wanted.

My experience of booking my holiday at Hays with Amanda (at Kiingswood Bristol) is her courteous ways in how she explains everything about the holiday, Amanda is always so welcoming when you come through the door which is so important to me that first interaction is paramount from a customer's viewpoint. Service and Staff are so warm and friendly Shelley is also so welcoming too at this travel shop. Well done. I shall be back to book my holidays again and again. Rachael

All good ,we booked & paid in full for weeks holiday for 4 people.
We asked for a quote for as Alaska cruise/stay /train journey.
When the quote came back at over £10,000. It was a bit much for a 2week holiday for adults.
(May be unrealistic on our part)
I wrote a very polite email explaining it was too much & we wouldn’t be booking. Thanking the agent for her hard work.
I wasn’t expecting to get an email back questioning me & quizzing me,
I thought that was the point of travel agents.
No wonder people book online if you are made to feel bad,when the quote comes back too expensive .

We booked a trip to NZ.
Jane got us exactly what we wanted which reduced me to tears. As it means we can celebrate Christmas and New Year with our son in NZ we haven't seen him in two years.

I had a very specific idea of the sort of tour I was looking for and Jane immediately said she knew just the tour that would suit me. Unfortunately there was no availability but she phoned the company and came up with an even better option which I booked straight away. The service was very friendly and professional.
