Easter get away
We went into the Travel agents with no clue where we wanted to go. We just had dates in mind. Geraldine was amazing with us and spent a lot of time getting to know our likes and dislikes about holidays before helping get us what we wanted. She reminded us about getting insurance and went through the currency etc. An overall brilliant experience.

Absolutely amazing
Honestly I was very nervous going into a travel agents as being fifty years old and I have never booked a holiday before in my life! However my nervousness was put to rest, the lady that helped us was amazing, very helpful and patient with my inexperience of booking holidays, she was absolutely amazing. I find everyone very helpful , but there is one girl that is so nice and would go so far to help and her name is Laura from hays travel castle court , and I would try and wait till she's in because she's so easy to speak too , and I feel very comfortable sitting with her while we book our holiday . But I do find everyone pleasant and helpful .

Went in looking for a cheap holiday…
Went in looking for a cheap holiday later in the year. Geraldine found us a holiday in Fuertaventura in late November. She was very helpful and searched the web until she found an all inclusive holiday in a lovely hotel that we could afford. She searched Tripadvisor for the comments about the hotel and they were all positive so we booked it. Glad we popped into Hays.
