Spoke to Hermione in store, I struggled to find holidays but after a brief conversation with her, I felt like a weight was lifted of my shoulders, I don’t know what I would’ve done if I was left to try and book online without in person expert knowledge. Staff always friendly
Staff always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and if they are unable to answer your question they make a call and get the answer.
Overall, we've had two pleasant experiences with Hays where they have advised and pointed us in the right direction....great job ladies....thanks.
