What a great shop
We only called int Hays Travel to ask about cruises but had such a lot of lovely help from Kamel that we booked a cruise there and then. He was kind enough to also help us with travel insurance.
We have never been on a cruise before, (we are in our 80's) so he went over things very carefully.
We didn't feel pushed into anything.
We highly recommend Hays Travel

Cruising +
We have booked 2 cruises with Hays Travel (our first) so we have had a lot of questions. The staff at both Nantwich and Colwyn Bay have been extremely helpful and patience, exploring the ship, room availability/oreferences, diet etc. We look forward to booking many more holidays with Hays.
